Agriculture Bio-Tech company Unicrop Biochem Promoter, Mr. Prakash Vaghasiya has taken over 1998 Registered Indore Based Biotechnology Company Samridhi Bioculture Private Limited.

The Take over will bolster UBC’s aim of developing 100% Bio as well as Organic Agriculture inputs that will aid farmers to minimize the use of harsh chemicals on the soil which in turn affects its quality. Unicrop Biochem (UBC), established in 2018 has it’s state of the art manufacturing facility at Manjusar, Vadodara (Gujarat).

Samridhi Bioculture Private Limited incorporated on 10 December 1998, is based out of Sanwer Road, Indore (M.P) and is involved in the manufacture of Bio Pesticide and Bio Fertilizer.

The new management post take over is led by Mr. Prakash Vaghasiya, Owner of Unicrop Biochem. Mr Vaghasiya feels there is a long term value attached to the takeover. He opined the deal will play a significant role in the growth of Unicrop Biochem in the long term.

In an interview to  The Agriculture TImes Mr. Vaghasiya expressed his plan to chart a strong growth trajectory and that he firmly believed this takeover will further benefit the company. We plan to tap new sectors and product lines in the near future and this deal will take us one step closer towards our growth strategy said Mr. Vaghasiya..

 He further said about his aim to increase Unicrop BIochem’s market share and profitability, geographical outreach, achieve economies of scale, reduce costs, and increase profits through synergy.

The take over is part of Mr. Vaghasiya’s vision of taking Unicrop Biochem to the next level which will focus on identifying new areas of growth and competitiveness and thereby deepen UBC’s presence PAN-India.
